What does this API do?

Emitted when the stateful hovered row changes. Unlike CSS-only hover, the app can read this state.

Usage flow

Subscribe with grid.addEventListener('rowHoverChanged', handler). The result is in event.detail, and event names are case-sensitive. Remove subscriptions when disposing of the view.
