Read the active processing engine. The Standard JS engine is Free; WASM acceleration requires Pro.

getActiveTier(): Promise<GridEngineTier>

The return type is Promise<GridEngineTier>.

Usage flow

After registering and initializing the Grid element, call grid.getActiveTier(…). Read the return value with await. For methods returning a boolean or report, inspect the result before continuing.
