Type definition
A question mark (?) marks an optional field; readonly marks a value you should not change directly. A union (|) accepts one of the listed forms. Functions are callbacks that Grid invokes at the relevant point.

- setConditionFilter
Applies an advanced AND/OR condition tree. null clears it; inspect results for invalid models.
- getConditionFilter
Reads the current advanced condition tree or null.
- conditionFilterChanged
Emitted when the AND/OR condition tree changes. A null model means advanced conditions were cleared.
